Hi all.

I have some interesting problem.

My ISA 2006 Ent ed SP1 cluster is configured to go to e next proxy when requesting things from the internet.

HTTP port is 8080 SSL port is 8443 (and I've installed a server certificate on both servers to enable listening on this ports).

the next proxy works on the same ports (but its not an ISA server).

for some reason HTTP works fine, and SSL works over the http port ruther then on SSL port (I configured the binding to pass as it shuld SSL -> SSL and HTTP-> HTTP)

any toughts?

Shay

Hi,

Here we have a simular issue. Downstream we have an ISA2006 Ent SP1 and upstream (towards the Internet) an ISA2000. Although we were suspecting this combination not to work because of the Out of date ISA2000, I see some messages here that indicate that SSL/HTTPS chaining to a upstream proxy does not work at all.
Is there someone with a working chaining configuration? Please advise.
