That pretty much says it all.  I need a start-to-finish on what needs to happen for this go work.

We have an internal PKI and we'd like to use for the cert.  I know we need to get the entire cert chain installed on the client.  That's not the issue.

So the question directly relates to the ISA steps, I guess.  Also, what cert do we have the ISA server look for?  Can we use just one cert, or a unique cert per user?  Either method is acceptable. 

Thanks.  It looks sorta easy in the few tabs there are to look at, but I need some advice.
