Hello all,

I had installed an Wireless Access Point as a DHCP Server releasing IP addresses with IP address of ISA Server 2000 as default gateway. All the users that connect by The AP gets they address and can access Internet normally, but I need that these users get authenticated before. What I need to setup on the ISA Server to force the SecureNat users to authenticate before they get connected to the Internet?
Have anybody here that knows this?

Thanks

Hi Networker,

a host acting as a SecureNAT client can *not* authenticate against the ISA server. If you want authenticate the users than the hosts must behave as Web Proxy or Firewall client. This is by design. Check out the ISA help file for more info.

HTH,
Stefaan
