Hey guys,

I tested the SecureNAT client again tonight. Guess what? It does block site based on name or IP address. Just make sure the Deny rule is above the allow rule.

Tom

Big T,

Are you saying that even a SecureNAT client can have blocking imposed? I thought that was only for Web Proxy and Firewall clients? Maybe I read your message wrong...

What's the setup for blocking a particular site? Would I just create a destination set/Deny access rule and apply it to the group I want to apply it to? Please explain...

Hi Tad,

You create the Deny rule, but since SecureNAT clients can't authenticate, it would have to apply to everyone, or else, you can use an exception for "authenticated users", so that all unauthenticated users are blocked.

Tom

Can this not apply to a client address set, based on IP address?
