Hi David, Make sure the SMTP service is removed from the ISA Server itself. The IIS SMTP Service, when enabled, can cause this kind of problem. After the SMTP service is removed from the ISA Server, create a Protocol Rule that allows outbound TCP Port 25, and make sure that the internal mail server has access to this Protocol Rule. Hi Tshinder: I did not install IIS with ISA, and are you talking about "Protocol Rule" or "Protocol Definitions"? Only under "Protocol Definitions" can create protocol setting. If it is "Protocol Definitions", I found (by default): SMTP - Port 25 - TCP - Outbound and SMTP Server - Port 25 - TCP - Inbound and SMTPS - Port 465 - TCP - Inbound and SMTPS Server - Port 465 - TCP - Outbound do they have any relation with this problem ? or I have to do something else ? Thanks.
