We have one WEB Server has Public IP 121.241.16.67, this Web server is in our office only has private IP 172.16.7.84.

My ISA server is in Corp.com Domain which is based on 2003 Family. My web server is in NT Based Domain. EHELO.com Configured Trust Relation Ship Between them.(Two way).

We Want to Do NATTING In ISA Server between IP 121.241.16.67 with 172.16.7.84. when Users send Request From Internet its Comes to ISA server but ISA couldnt Re-Direct the Traffic to my Web Server.

suggest you ask this in the "ISA 2006" sub-forums instead of ISA2000.

Beyond that..
I'm not real sure but I dont think ISA2006 can do 1-to-1 NATting inbound and outbound.... earlier versions certainly couldn't
What you want to do is PUBLISH your internal server. Check out the articles here on isaserver.org or google for 'ISA2006 publish webserver'
Why would you only want to do NATting anyway.. use all the good stateful inspection packet filter type goodness of ISA to your advantage!

Oh, and suggest you edit your existing post to REMOVE your real-world IP's. Not everyone (not excluding India) are 'friendly' enough to not try and take advantage of this information. Sure, the script kiddies will find you with port scans but why advertise that kind of info!
