Since running the ISA Server Security Configuration Wizard and selecting the "Secure" option my Web & FTP Servers have only been available via intranet. When connecting from external an ISA HTML error page saying "Background:
The server you are attempting to access has refused the connection with the gateway. This usually results from trying to connect to a service that is inactive on the server." is generated.

Are the services started? Check your ISA packet filter configuration and listener configuration. Use the netstat -na command to see what ports are opened.
