I have a customer that was running ISA Server 2000 Enterprise on Server 2003 with SP1 and everything worked fine. Their "IT" person decided to upgrade their servers to Server 2003 R2 with SP2 and after that no one could connect to the server remotely or could ping the server. I did some troubleshooting and found that the ISA Server Packet Filter Extension Driver will not start, this in turn will not let any of the ISA services start.

Has anyone else run across this and if so is there a fix or work around for this issue.
