Hi all, I really need some help as I have spent too much time on this. I have a Zoom VoIP Adapter that has been installed on the internal network, I get a dial tone and the adapter says ready to make calls but when I dial there is no ring and when the person picks up the phone at the other end I can't hear the other person nor can they hear me. I have eliminated the adapter by placing it outside ISA and it works fine so I know the settings are correct. What is the best way to allow all ports inbound and outbound unrestricted access to the adapter and will this work as the adapter is not a user and obviosly not authenticated. Any help would be appreciated....

Best way to allow all ports inbound and outbound (ie, no security) is to put it in front of the ISA Firewall.
