I'm trying to publish an internal server (10.1.1.1) for users on the internet using isa.

Setup:

Internet
|
|Firewall| -(lan)- |server| 10.1.1.1
|
(dmz)
|
|isa| 10.2.1.1

Our ISA is a single-NIC in our DMZ. We have a third-party firewall, which has 3 NICs.

No matter what I do, it always ends up in the default rule.

Here are my steps:
1. Create new Server Publishing rule
2. Enter ip of the published internal server : 10.1.1.1
3. Created a new Protocol ESB, inbound tcp port 2306
4. Listen for requests from these networks : Internal (Firewall NATs, so requests appear to be coming from DMZ interface of the firewall)
5. Checked 'Requests appear to be coming from ISA Server'

I think this should be it, but it doesn't work.
Where am I going wrong?

You cannot use server publishing with a single NIC ISA Server deployment. You will need (and you should have) at least two NICs in your ISA Server...

Hi,

You will need to add an additional NIC. Server publishing is not supported running in "hork" mode.
