Server publishing rule error: 0x8007000d

When I create a server publish rule I get the following error:

SA Server name: ASIDE45

Server publishing rule [(FB-ICT) XML 10.10.20.55] failed because there was no valid network listener. For requests to reach the published server there must be a network relationship between the selected listener networks and the published server. Location 325.934.4.0.2163.213.

The failure is due to error: 0x8007000d

What am I doing wrong?

Status: offline 		Ok solved this, just create a network rule between the 2 networks.
