We have an SBS 2003 server with ISA 2004 installed.   We have several publishing rules set up. One of the rules fails intermittently.  If we make any change at all in ISA and apply it, the rule will start working again for a short while. Although several publishing rules are set up, it is always the same one that fails - it is publishing a terminal server. We are publishing a total of 4 terminal servers and only one of them fails. The error we find in the event logs when this happens is:

Any information about this error would be much appreciated.
