This might be a question that has been up before. However cannot find any topics on this when I search for it...

Is it ok to install ISA Server 2006 SP1?
Or are there issues such as those in Windows Server 2003 SP2?

No point to patch a system that works fine, if that makes it unstable...

No, it's pretty safe.

Done quite a few installs in production now without any issues.

There are some nice fixes and feature improvements (change tracking being a notable one) so very much worth the upgrade IMHO.

Hi Ben,

Yes, I'm with Jason here. It's a harmless upgrade and you get a lot of new features that will make the firewall more secure and easier to troubleshoot.
