I need to allow my internal users the ability to access a web service from another company, such as https://www.other-companyname.com:5999

I am running SBS2000, There is a current site & content rule that "allows all"

I've set a protocol definition for
Name5999, TCP, Port 5999, outbound, no secondary

I've set a protocol rule for
Allow, Selected Protocol = Name5999, Schedule = Always, any request

What am I missing?

Hi corpwizz,

check out http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;283284 . To solve the problem, grab the script 'SSL_TPR_add.vbs' from http://www.isatools.org/ , adopt it to your needs and run it on the ISA server.
