ISA 2000 is installed in firewall and proxy mode on a Windows 2000 dual homed server. The H.323 gatekeeper was installed by following the Shinder articles titled, "Basic NetMeeting and ISA Server H.323 Gatekeeper Configuration" and "Adventures with the H.323 Gatekeeper and Access Controls". The recent vulnerability patch and all other MS ISA patches have been installed.

Remote clients can establish netmeeting calls with internal clients with little effort. However, when attempting to share the desktop or any other application, the sharing windows is titled, "Sharing - Not in a call" and the available programs to share are all greyed out. This also happens with the whiteboard and chat applications. "[Confused]" I have tried to check settings on the ISA firewall that might be preventing this, but have not been able to locate a possible cause.

Any thoughts?
