I have an ISA Server running in our DMZ between two existing firewalls.  We are doing nothing but reverse web proxy and our existing firewalls are providing firewall capability.  I'm running into some finger pointing and our network administrators want the firewall functionality on the ISA Server shut off.  It would be great if I could just update the default system rule to allow.  But in an effort to protect me from myself, Microsoft won't let me do this.  How can I shut the firewall completely off?
