Single ISA user recieves authentication popup but no other user is asked for this.
He puts his login details in and can then access the internet without further prompts, unless he closes IE and re-opens it again.
User is a member of Domain Admins, but myself (identical user group membership) does not have a problem
Rules in our ISA server are set for all people, except for 1 group/user with no relationship to the troubled user.
Proxy settings are set to use automatic configuration script for all users.
I have tried a different computer (roaming profile), but same problem.

Any ideas?

Hi
Your user is having authentication problems. Either the person is not logging on to the network, or the isa server cannot autenticate him agains the PDC or AD. Test this by adding a test rule in the access policy granting spesific access to his acount only, full access. Also see if you have no deny access rules to groups he is a member of. I would not make use of existing groups in the access rules but rather make a "internet users" group and assign users to it. Keep the rules simple.

Everyone has access to the internet, except for a single user group he does not belong to. I deleted his profile and re-created it, and now no more problems. BUT, now 2 other users have had this problem!
