I am using ISA 2004 and like it quite a bit. For its use to grow with me it has to work with an extensive Cisco infrastructure.

Some of these Cisco boxes do not support IPSec. The respective clients do not want to upgrade their hardware, their IOS version, their IOS feature set, or all of the above. So the only way to create a VPN is through a GRE tunnel, albeit completely unsecured.

I want to insert ISA into these equations. Is there any way to setup a site-to-site VPN between a Cisco box using only GRE and ISA 2004?

This is a companion question to 'Site-to-Site VPN with Cisco IPSec'.
