Site2Site VPN Dialout ? - 14.Apr.2004 5:02:00 AM

Hi,

I've setup ISA2004 to allow Site2Site VPN's. I've confgured the remote network, set it as a route relationshiop, and i've defined (for test purposes) all protocols allow.

Now, how do I get my ISA server to actually dial out to the remote network? I've configured the login/password etc. Only way I can see is to open RRAS and manually dial out.... ???

thanks!
ZD

Hi ZD,

When a host on the local network send a packet to the remote host network, the connection will automatically initiate.

Yeah, that's what I thought but it doesnt seem to be working.

Hrm... I'll dig around a little more to try and figure it out. If not, I'll be back! [Big Grin] thanks.

Hi ZD,

Is this a dial up connection? If so, you need to configure the dial-up connection to automatically dial up.

HTH,
Tom
