I am using ISA server to restrict web sites. but i want to restrict the sites character wise..like i want to restrict all the sites starting with bolly as bollywoood.com or bollywoodstars.com. But ISA only restrict with complete address as *.bollywood.com But this restriction only applies on bollywood not on bolly..starting characters for all other sites..Please give me Solution.. Thanks

Hi Qaisar,

from the ISA help file

When specifying the domain name, you can use an asterisk (*) to specify a set of computers. For example, to specify all computers in the microsoft.com domain, type the domain name as *.microsoft.com. Note that the asterisk can appear only at the start of the domain name, and can be specified only once in the name.

So, this limitation is by design. [Wink]
