I have created a rule to block a web site with a redirect to another website. The server blocks it but the client is presented with a login screen. After typing the correct ID and password 4 times,a 407 error is displayed from the ISA server. The login screen comes up with or with out the redirect. Why? Bug?

I fixed! Just had to uncheck the Ask unauthenticated users for id.

Hi Scott,

That would do it! I never check that option -- I just don't create any anonymous access rules and it prevent anonymous connections.
