We have a 2006 ISA server and the PC clients use the ISA firewall client for their proxy settings. When users try to access a specific site internally there is a re-director that points the users to the site (this same re-director is also used when accessing this same site externally). Traffic to all other sites is normal and fast while using the ISA firewall client to proxy so I know the slowness is only with this particular site. When using the ISA firewall client accessing the site is painfully slow 45 seconds to 60 seconds in many cases. This slowness issue doesn't happen if you disable the ISA firewall client and remove the proxy settings or are accessing the website externally from the internet. Any suggestions or areas to start looking would be great!
