Skype doesn't work on SBS2003 with ISA Server

I recently installed a SBS2003 with service pack 1 and I tried to use skype on the workstation, but for some reason the skype do not work when passing the access on ISA server.

Some one know how to solve it?

Status: offline 		Open up the monitoring tab... what's being blocked?

What's the workstation set up as?  Secure Nat?  Firewall client?
