Hello
How do I specify a specific ip address in the internal network to be a DMZ..
Its ok even if the same can be done specifying username/computername...
But I just need to accomplish this...please help me..I dont want a specific computer in my network to pass through ISA firewall.I just want it to have direct access to the internet....

Not going to happen. The ISA Firewall is a network firewall and critical network security device.

If you want to subvert security, move the box in front of the ISA Firewall.
