Static registration and calling out

Useing netmeeting with dynamic registration works just fine I can call out & get Incoming useing my destination and IP rules.

Sometimes I set my PC to have a static registration to allow me to do desktop support from home, this also works well......

But why can't I call out with a staticic registration. Every time you try you get a can not register with the gatekeeper.

Its not really going to cause me any problem its just annoying ... lol
