How can I stop/start downloading,voice chat,video chat for client sides in ISA server 2000 please reply me as soon possbile

Status: offline 		all u have to do i that, u have to create a protcole rule and allowing ur desired ports...
and tell me that what type of voice chat u have to enable or disablee....

can you please spicify more about what the desired ports and how can i block the following:
1- yahoo messenger from some users.
2- download from some users.

1 )  how can bandwidth control per user
2 )  how can stop multi msn and yahoo messenger  
3 )  how can limited bandwidth like 30 mb per user in a month
