When proxy is enabled in Internet Explorer when accessing www.google.com we have "Action canceled" error. If proxy is switched off in IE settings (i.e. IE works through Firewall Client) everything works fine.
And some sites loads VERY slow when proxy is enabled.

So I even dont now where to start

Sounds like the DNS settings on the firewall aren't right.

HTH,
Tom

1) ISA uses the same DNS that computers over the network do - it uses domain controller. nslookup www.google.com on ISA works fine
2) The second VERY strange thing i forget to mension - IE _SHOWS_ www.google.com page, then "Action canceled" popup appears and after pressing the only existing "Ok" button we have blank screen instead of google.com
And Firefox WITH or WITHOUT proxy settings work fine all the time.

Sounds like a DNS problem, or maybe the Web Proxy clients are not configured correctly. What book did you use to base your setup on?

Tom

>Web Proxy clients are not configured correctly
The ONLY affected site is google.com. The ONLY affected browser is IE. Proxy config in ALL THE browsers is ABSOLUTELY the same.

Basic configuration was made on the materials of 2824 MS course. But configuration is too complex (about 70 access rules) to say which book was used

RESOLVED: The reason was IE setting: Caching: must be - Once per visit; Was - Automaticaly
But why it was working fine through the Firewall Client?!?!?!?

Interesting. I always set caching to be automatic, so I suspect there is another issue at play here.
