Im using ISA 2004 SP1 on a Windows 2000 Server SP4 box, in a trihomed configuration.

LAN: 192.168.5.X
DMZ: 192.168.99.X
WAN: 66.X.X.X

My FTP server (Windows 2003 Std) lives in the DMZ. Its also my webserver.

The web serving part works fine. But I cant get the FTP to work.

Using the Server Publishing Wizard, I tried recreating the rule over and over again, and even tried placing it as my 1st rule.

I can FTP to the server in the DMZ from the ISA server just fine. But it won't work from the outside. Im never get a login prompt. I get the following:
> ftp: connect :Unknown error number

On my ISA 2004 monitoring console, I see that the default rule is denying my connection.

I do not have IIS installed or anything else thats eating up port 21 on my ISA box.

I've used the Server Publishing Wizard to publish other kinds of servers, why is FTP giving me such a hassle.

Any Help is greatly appreciated.
