My ISA Server is a member server in a Win2K3 domain. I'm experimenting with subnets in my domain, created in active directory. But I've realized that I don't really understand the relationship, if any, between the subnets described in the various multinetworking multi-adapter articles and AD subnets. Do they go together like love and marriage? Can somebody educate me? Thanks.

Hi Unc,

You only need to configure subnets if they are not "well connected". The "Subnets" Network Object in the ISA firewall console is only for access control based on subnet definitions.

HTH,
Tom
