I have Hp Proliant DL360G4. We use 11 VLANs on internal interface, made by HP Network Config Utility on integrated HP NC7782 NIC. Windows 2003 SP1 Standart, ISA 2004 SP1 on this server. We bought SurfControl !!!

I download last SurfControl WebFilter version (5.0.1.39) from web site. Then I installed SurfControl on this server. After that, some times (about 1-2 times in day or in night on 2 A.M.) system stop responding (show blue screen), create dump and restart. In event (system) log I see messages - EventID 1003 "Error code 1000007f, parameter1 00000008, parameter2 80042000, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 00000000".

When I uninstall SurfControl (or stop service and Non Plug&Play SurfControl Driver), this problem does not appear any more.
When I remove VLAN, this problem does not appear any more.

I wrote letter to EMEA and to US SurfControl Support, but they don't answered me.

I Hope someone can help me, please.

Have your tryed to apply service pack 2 for isa????
You should try playing around with the order on how you apply service packs for the O/S,ISA and even surfcontrol...

Other than that, do you have any errors in your logs?
