I have installed ISA 2K4 Enterprise and SurfControl 5.0 but I can not monitor Surfcontrol. I do not know Surfcontrol is running or is not running. Please tell me how to know Surfcontrol is working

In your Sys Tray you'll see an ICON that looks like a magnifier/World and it should not be grey'ed out. If it's not there check in Control Panel for the same ICON. If it's not there you don't have SurfControl for ISA installed. If it is you may be able to get it back in the Sys Tray by Start | Program | SurfControl and choosing the 'Display in System Tray' option.

Lastly you could look for the ISAPI Filter is loaded in ISA (2000) Extention | Web Filters (2004) Add-ins | Web filters
