How will the licensing model for TMG compare to that of ISA.

By the time TMG is RTM, we will have 6 ISA boxes: 1 CSS at each site and 2 Array Members at each site, so we will have 6 Enterprise Edition licenses.

As we have Volume Licensing with Software Assurance, will TMG be 'covered' as a free upgrade from ISA?
