I'm running an ISA 2000 Firewall server at a remote failover location from our Home Office.  I've succesfully published a failover Terminal Server to my failover ISA server to allow remote users to use Terminal Services to access the failover network.  No problems there.

However, I'm trying to configure Terminal Services to access the ISA server itself, but can't seem to get it working.  I've followed Microsoft's instructions in article 294720 perfectly (concerning how to server publish a terminal server while running terminal services on the ISA server), but still no dice on the connection.  I can launch the Terminal Services manager and see that the RDP-Tcp listener is up and running.  It's set to port 3389.  I can successfully get through the ISA server to get to the failover Terminal Server.  But I can't access the ISA server itself from either the Home Office network or the failover network.  I've tried by name and by internal IP address.  I can ping with no difficulty and access other communications with the server, but nothing over port 3389.  I've tried to telnet in over 3389 and no dice.

Am I missing something here?  Has anyone come across the same problem?

Thanks in advance!
