I have ISA 2006 installed and running on a W2K3 terminal server (bad idea i know, thats what I got to work with).

I cannot get the FWC to install on the server with ISA running.

I need to provide authenticated access to ISA per my access rules to restrict internet access for terminal server users.

Any suggestions?

Hi drumtrav,

that's exactly the reason why it is a bad idea!

The Firewall client is *not* supported on the ISA server itself. Period!

I realize that.  The question is, is there something I can do with the IE settings on the terminal server to get the users to pass authentication to ISA?

Hi drumtrav,

you'll have to configure IE as a Web Proxy client to get user based access control. Note this is only valid for HTTP/HTTPS traffic.
