Hi there. I finally have my Message Screener working (running ISA Server 2004 RC). It is correctly filtering inbound email (by keyword) BUT it is default filtering every outbound email. Thus, we are unable to send email...
Getting ye old "Hold, Policy rule stamp could not be found in the message; taking default action" and the message is moved to the "Bad mail" folder.
Any ideas?

Hi T4,
How are you sending mail outbound? Using a access policy, or using the ISA box as an outbound relay?
Check out: http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/2004emaildefenseindepth.html

Ah the good Dr...
You know, that is a good question. I've set it up using an access policy as you have so graciously supplied on your website. I don't think I've used the ISA box as an outbound relay. I'm not even sure what you mean. Are you saying "setup your Exchange Server 2003 to use ISA as an outbound relay?" If so, how do I do that? I'm assuming some settings in Exchange?
I'm doing nothing different than I had previously (before I setup Message Screener). All I had done previously is run the Mail Server Publishing Rule Wizard and on my ISA Server 2004 box I setup the Virtual SMTP Server like you have stipulated in your tutorial (forward to smart host, new remote domain, etc.).
Since this new problem on all outbound mail I've attempted lots of things including trying to create an outboudn smtp relay (like you have in your article), creating an outbound rule, enabling and disabling Message Screener, however, nothing seems to work.

Hi T4,
You need to set the outbound relay IP address as the smart host for the Exchange Server's SMTP service.
HTH, Tom
