I am trying to install ISA 2004 onto a Member Server running Windows Server 2003 Enterprise belonging to a Windows 2003 Domain.  I keep getting the error "The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation".  I tried to change the Windows Installer to "never" and that has not worked.

Can someone help out?

I see my question has a few hits but nobody has any suggestions.  Either my question is too simple to bother with or too complicated to tackle.

Judging to your behavior this is not a big loss anyway if you don't come back.

This website is a community website where people are trying to help as much as they can, if you have an emergency, call the Microsoft support.
Also people here are not at your disposition if you know what I mean...

Well I certainly can use some help!  I've been trying ever since getting my new computer that came with Vista, to install the Netflix Movie Viewer.  I'm logged in as administrator but I always get a messge that says: The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation.  I have Vista Premium.  I spent two hours on the phone with HP techs until they gave up on me and told me to call Microsoft and pay for help.

I would appreciate any help.  Please reply in step-by-step and take pity on an older person who is not techy at all.
