I¦m configure ISA as standalone Three-Homed Perimeter¦.
I want to use packet filtering between External network and DMZ. And NAT for the LAN interface. I have enable Packet filtering and Ip Routing. External interface and DMZ have public addresses.

If I only start the service "Microsoft ISA Server Control" packet filtering works fine, but as sone as start the "Firewall" service to enable NAT the packet filters donot work.

What is wrong?

Hi Anders,

That's pretty interesting stuff! I thought the Firewall service was responsible for many things, including packet filtering.

I would restart the machine and check the packet filter configuration. It should work when the packet filters are configured to allow inbound and outbound traffic from the DMZ segment.

HTH,
Tom
