Any one using TrafficQuota for bandwidth controlling. The author claiming it but I think it was only quota managemant tool previously.
Does it realt shape traffic like bsplitter?
And is it compatible with SP3

dear,
trafficquota really work as bandwidth shaper, like bsplitter, but with little difference, trafficquota does not have a futre of bandwidth burst.
