Last week finally I had the time to install and test Traffic Quota (www.digirain.com). I wasn't able to report my experience here and then this week they released the final version. I haven't tested it completely but I can say that it really manages the bandwidth (traffic shaping). The only drawback that I can see is the absence of protocol based traffic shaping. The only option to manage the protocols is telling the percentage of http/https vs other protocols usage (I think that this part makes it better than bandwidth limiter cause BL can only shape the http traffic). If they could implement such a feature (i.e give max 20% to pop3 and 20% to ftp or better give 5 kb/s to pop3 etc) it would be my favourite plugin.

Status: offline 		2.1 version is here. Recently I had a bad experience with this tool. It cut out the traffic to my restricted users (rules). I couldn't find the exact reason for the failure. I completely uninstalled it to get rid of the headache (created by my users , not the tool).

    should be assumed as local.
  • Access to the websites from exclusion list is allowed even if user
    has exceeded his/her traffic limit.

    [-] The "CoInitialize has not been called" error message in some cases.

    [-] The "The property or method Arrays is not supported when the ISA Server
    computer is not connected to a Configuration Storage server" error
    message in some cases.

    Status: offline     		i requested from their support multiple times to post screen shots for  TrafficQuota
    on their website for ISA 2004 , till today , they only have screen shots for ISA 2000 !!! http://www.digirain.com/tquota/screenshots.html
