How can I enable transparent proxy in Isa Server 2004?

INTERNET:
IP: 192.168.0.4
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
Máscara: 255.255.255.0

LOCAL NETWORK:
IP: 10.0.0.1
Máscara: 255.0.0.0
Gateway: em branco

Clients:
IP: 10.x.x.x
Máscara: 255.0.0.0
Gateway: 10.0.0.1

"Transparent Proxy" is a specific term refering to a specific technology,..it is not simply a user "perception" thing.

ISA is not a Transparent Proxy.
