ISA server 2006
I used to have troubleshooting option in server array list like "monitoring","firewall policy", "configuration"
but after reinstallation i dont have that option there anymore,
Can anybody please tell me how to set this option back again

There is with ISA 2004 SP3, but not with ISA 2006.
