I want to establish a trust relashionship between two domains, so i need to publish both of the domains, i find an article with the ports which need to be opened but its didn't help maybe cause of udp packets which i dont know if it should be send/receive or send only or what, so if there is a clear guide to how to publish domain controllers for publishing over ISA, it will be something so great, thanks all.

You can't publish domain controllers. You'll have to use Access Rules. There must be a Route Relationship (not NAT) between the DCs you want to communicate through the ISA Firewalls. HTH, Tom
