My company has purchased ISA 2000 Standard Edition. I have what you would consider a complex network because we use routers. My concern is around how to use ISA to allow users access to Internet resources. I have two ISP's, both have provided routers that connect to my internal network. I want to use ISA as the firewall for these two connections. I am not sure what would be the best way to do this. For example, should I use two separate ISA servers on my Internal network one for each ISP connection or create a Tri-Homed ISA config? Remember I have ISA 2000 Standard Edition.

One of the ISPs, I want all my users to use for web browsing, and the other ISP I want to use for SMTP, VPN, and FTP traffic. The ISP I want to use for web browsing is already providing some kind of proxy service (not on my internal network) because all of the PCs on my network are configured to use a proxy server address of a proxy server on the ISPs network.

Any recommendations on what would be the best way to setup ISA on a network with these requirements? I basically would like to have control over which ISP PCs on my internal network use based on what the PC (user) needs to do.
