I'd like to connect my two WAN connections to my ISA server. WAN1 should be used as a primary connection for internal load to minimize traffic on the WAN2 which should be dedicated to services from DMZ for our customers.

Now it seems that there is a need to use our old IP (WAN2) for some internal connections, and I thought maybe ISA was able to route traffic if I create two IP's on the LAN-interface, so users are able to switch between the Default Gateway according which WAN they need to access.

Is this possible (Standard or Enterprise)? And if Enterprise, is it possible to migrate the configuration?

You should add Rainwall to your ISA server.
http://www.rainfinity.com/products/rainwall.html

I think there is no other option available(on the windows platform)

Why? I will not use load balancing - I just need to route traffic from two different IP's to two other IP's.

IMHO a very basic setup, and why is it impossible just to create a normal static route when it is so easy the other way around?

I'd guess that it's not referred to as "Default Gateways" since that's impossible of course. Traffic needs to know where it's going, but if it knows that it has to go a specific way if it comes from one place, and another way if it comes from another place it's relatively simple.
