Hi all,

Im having a bit of a problem with my ISA 2006 server. When I look in the MSDE database under the URL field all of the URL's are showing up as http://x.x.x.x instead of the domain name. Is this normal behavior?

Im hesitant to think that this is a DNS problem because I have some mods installed that report the URL correctly so it can't be a resolution problem? I ran NSLookup on google and I get this giving me even further evidence DNS is working correctly:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator.>nslookup www.google.com

Also, when I look in the MSDE database the client IP's are not being reported. Instead I have some random number that is being generated. How can I make it report the IP address???

I have run the ISA best practices analizer and passed with 0 errors.

Any advice would be helpful.

Thanks that worked great!

One last problem. When im looking in the MSDE database all the client IP's are being reported as some kind of random number that looks like this 3232235900. Any idea on how to make it report the real IP address?
