I want to redirect a url:
when user types: https://www.XXXXX.com

I want ISA server to forward the request to:
https://www.ZZZZZ.com/subdirectory/default.asp

I have a cert for https://www.XXXXX.com which i want to load on the ISA server and i also have a cert loaded on my destination web server for: https://www.ZZZZZ.com

Can ISA do this kind of forwarding? or do i need to install the cert - https://www.XXXXX.com on a webserver then use IIS to redirect to the other server?

You can do the redirect at ISA. After setting up the listener, make a "Deny" publishing rule. In that rule you can specify where to redirect requests that match it.
