Unable to RDP to different subnets - 3.Mar.2008 9:54:09 AM

After setting up our ISA server we can RDP to the same subnet the ISA server is on, but we can not RDP to any other subnet. I noticed the route information for the external nic has the subnets we can not RDP too listed. I've added our internal subnets to the addresses tab for our internal network, but still we have the same result.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Are you using ISA server as your default gateway? If yes, maybe you have to configure a static route in your ISA!

Can you ping? Try to use the "tracert" or "pathping" command to check out the routes the packet is using.

I take it that the User is on the Outside
...the resource is on the Inside...
...and are Publishing RDP with a Server Publishing Rule?

In the Properties of the Publishing Rule you need to set it so the
"Requests appear to come from the ISA"

What does your architecture look like?  Do you have rules to allow for rdp from and to the location you wish?  If you are using your ISA server as a next-hop (SecureNAT) type fw, then that will explain why you can hit local subnet stuff, but not other nets.
