I am using ISA 2006 SE as "Reverse Proxy server" only. We have a page hosted on the server from where we can go to internet site say google.com.....

I am not able to access that link.

Single NIC ISA Sevrer
Access Rule : Internal -> Local Host

Any clues..........

Try an access rule from local host to external.
