ISA Server 2004
When I try to export or backup the configurations of the server, it fails with the following error message:

ISA Server can not load the property page.

Clicking on the details button displays:

error 0xc0040314
The value is smaller then the minimum allowed.

Pervious backups and exports have not had any problems. Any ideas?

Hi M,

Any software installed on the ISA firewall since the last time you could run the backup program?

No new software has been added to the system.
The server is running Windows Server 2003.
We are using Surfcontrol for blocking of websites.

This has been the configuration since the system was built (aprox Oct. 2004).

Install the ISA management console on another computer and I bet it'll work. I had the same problem after installing and subsequently uninstalling a third-party trialware.

After installing the management console on another computer, I was able to backup the server, reinstall it and restore the backup.

Im getting the exact same error message when I try and back up the configuration (ISA Server cannot load the property page, error 0xc0040314 the value is smaller then the minimum allowed).

I have tried the suggested workaround of trying from a remote management console but still the same problem.

Anyone come accross this? Kinda need to back up this config!

I have the same error. Me too tried the sugestion and donot solve the problem.

Any Sugestions!?
