Unable to create Report Jobs

I am having a problem in creating Isa reports.
Althought i changed the folder which logs will be created the Isa is generating under the c:\msp\ folder. The starnge is that after creating the new Report Job, Isa create the IsaReports\{E9F8740F-D923-4E17-9EBC-031132E4D63D}\ folder but dont create the {Report name}folder. So i am not able to see reports. Mind that no event messages are generated.

any ideas??

Did you wait until the first log summary was created?
